Once we have received the shawl in its original condition, we will process your refund right away.

Do I need to return the Shawl?

Yes, you are required to return the shawl in it's original packaging. Once we have received the shawl in it's original form, we will process the refund for you.

Once we receive your the shawl, it takes up to 10 business days to process the refund. We’ll keep you updated on the status throughout the process.
