How does the refund work?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund of 100% of the purchase price – no questions asked. Simply contact us via email at support@saltanat.life, and we will share the shipping address of our warehouse with you. Once we have received the shawl in its original condition, we will process your refund right away.
Do I need to return the Shawl?
Yes, you are required to return the shawl in it's original packaging. Once we have received the shawl in it's original form, we will process the refund for you.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your the shawl, it takes up to 10 business days to process the refund. We’ll keep you updated on the status throughout the process.
Refund timeframe eligibility
Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
